The Four Steps
Each session is intuitively led, between 60–90 minutes, held in the comfort and calm of my private home practice.
Session 1: Grounding and Clarity
We begin by gently unpacking what happened and how it’s affecting you. Together, we’ll identify the emotional and energetic blocks caused by shock, grief, fear, or betrayal and begin releasing them.
Session 2: Calm the Body & Mind
With the mind often racing and the nervous system on high alert, this session brings in deep energetic work to soothe, regulate, and restore your internal balance.
Session 3: Deeper Release & Rebuilding
This session combines energy healing and NLP-based coaching to shift the deeper patterns and begin anchoring new beliefs, strength, and clarity for the path ahead.
Session 4: Integration & Closure
A final clearing, check-in, and integration session to tie everything together, leaving you with practical and energetic tools to walk forward with more peace and confidence.
